Completion Statement - August 3, 2026

Further to its announcement on May 14, 2026, COMSAT is pleased to announce the completion of the transaction. As part of the transaction, COMSAT, previously registered as ‘Goonhilly USA Inc’ (dba COMSAT LLC), is now registered as ‘COMSAT LLC’.

COMSAT will continue to deliver the secure, reliable satcom teleport services its customers depend on while operating as part of Intuitive Machines. Through the acquisition, COMSAT will benefit from investment and collaborative opportunities while forming a key component of the Intuitive Machines space infrastructure.
